SHIPPING POLICIES
Shipping shouldn’t be something you have to worry about, leave the worrying to us! We make shipping with Dr. Eaton’s Keys to Health and Longevity as easy and hassle free as possible. Shipping is for the US only.

RETURN POLICIES
Every Product we sell has a 30 day risk free 100 % money back guaranty. Refunds will be offered on all products returned withn 30 days in the same unopened condition they were delivered in. After 30 days there will be a 20% restocking fee. After 45 days, returns will not be accepted. You are responsible for shipping charges on returned products.
If you are returning an item because it was damaged or a mistake was made, please notify us immediately via e-mail or telephone so we can resolve any problems to your satisfaction.
TAX POLICIES
Texas residents add 7.25% sales tax on all personal care products, aromatherapy, pet products, appliances and books.
ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order. This email will provide you with confirmation numbers and order tracking numbers to track your order while it is still in our system. Using the order tracking feature on the menu bar at the top of the site, you will be able to track the status of your order once it has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to process before shipping. After your order has shipped, we will send an email to the address provided with verified UPS or USPS tracking number so that you can continue to track your shipment via www.UPS.com and www.USPS.com
OUT OF STOCK (BACK ORDERS)
On rare occasions, we may run out of stock on an item. This may cause a slight delay of shipment for your order. If an item(s) you ordered is going to be back-ordered for an extended period of time, we will notify you via e-mail of this delay and then automatically ship the product(s) to you as soon as they are available.
At Key Products, we have a great relationship with our suppliers, so we are usually able to get your products very quickly. If your back-orderded item(s) will arrive in a timely manner, we delay your shipping so we can send your order in its entirety. If we can not have your item(s) soon after receipt of your order, we ship your partial order and automatically ship the back-ordered items as soon as they become available at no extra cost to you.
